Lidia Green, PTA
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Lidia was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Naples, Florida in 1984. She has become a native to our seasonal city. Lidia graduated from Hodges University and received her Associate of Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Her main area of interest within outpatient physical therapy is that of Orthopedics. Lidia is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Physical Therapy Association. She is an avid runner and a fitness enthusiast.
Michele Cruz, PTA
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Michele was born and raised in Southwest Florida. From an early age Michele has been involved in many sports such as dancing, ice skating and gymnastics. After experiencing benefits of physical therapy with sports related injuries, she was motivated to pursue a career in the field. She attended Broward College and received her Associate of Science degree with highest honors as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Michele is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Scott Frost BS, PTA, CSCS
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Originally from the Boston area, Scott relocated to Naples FL in 1997. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts. After working as a rehabilitation technician for three years he returned to school earning an Associates degree in applied science in the curriculum of Physical Therapy Assistant from Newbury College. He continued with his education obtaining a certification as Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Scott has been a licensed therapist for 25 years specializing in Orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, disorders of the spine, strength and conditioning and balance disorders. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Scott has also been an active member of the Naples community spending many years as volunteer coach to many of the local youth sports programs.
Jenny Forrest, PTA, LMT, ACE CPT
Physical Therapist Assistant
Jenny was born and raised in Naples, Florida. She is a licensed massage therapist, physical therapist assistant, and a certified personal trainer. Jenny has been a licensed massage therapist since 2015 and a certified personal trainer since 2022. Jenny attended Florida Southwestern in 2018, where she received her first Associate of General Studies degree with honors. In 2020, Jenny became class president of her physical therapist assistant program at Hodges University and graduated with honors, receiving a second Associate of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Jenny enjoys learning and using her skills to help others at Performance Physical Therapy. She also enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and laughing with friends.
Denys Malay, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Denys moved to the Sunshine State in August 2022 from a northwest suburb of Chicago. She has been a licensed therapist for over 30 years. She graduated from Oakton Community College and received her Associate in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She got her start at Marianjoy Rehabilitation where she gravitated towards helping patients with traumatic brain injuries. She also became a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, consulting families on accessible home solutions and home modification to allow for safe and independent living. The last 15 years she has been providing care and education to a variety of patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting ensuring the best outcomes for each patient’s individual needs in a positive and supported environment. She looks forward to continuing her passion of helping people and being an instrument in their healing here in Naples.
